In my article in this Blog titled ICON 3 posted on Feb 21, 2014, I had listed 96 species (including sub-species) sighted by the Big Bird Day 2014 survey team in Upper Bhavani.
Now, on March 8, 2015, the team of Big Bird Day 2015 (BBD) led by Samantha Iyanna has identified 51 species. This team included Mansur Ahamed, M.Gaythri Devi, Harsha Bellie, Nishanth Vasu, S.Keerthana, R.Venkat, I.Manohar, Jeeva Nandham, V.Sriram
The species identified by them as per the compilation sent to me by BBD co-ordinator Jamuna Raju are ::
