BIRDS IN KOTAGIRI - 2015

Further to my article ICON 12 -- BIRDS IN OOTY,  hrewith the fourth of the five articles in Big Bird Day 2015 (BBD).

This gives the list of 66 species identified in Kotagiri by the team led by K Ravindran which comprised Viswanathan, Rajkumar, Ramkumar, Meignanamurthy, Murugavel, AV Senthil, Kaleeswaran and Durai from Nature Society of Tirupur and N Murugeshan from Salem.  

Last year, 69 species were sighted in Kotagiri.
